Payment in full is required before shipment.  Payment IN FULL includes purchase price PLUS $250 total if within the USA or $525 total if International for health certificate, carrier, and shipping.    Your copy of the Florida Health Certificate will accompany the cat or kitten.  Shipping will be out of Orlando, Florida. The buyer agrees to call, fax, or e-mail immediately upon receipt of the cat/kitten.  We must be told at this time of any questions about the health or quality of the animal.  Should there be a problem of any kind and the buyer wishes to return the animal, we must be informed WITHIN 24 HOURS.  The buyer is required to pay the costs of returning the kitten or cat. WATTKATZ generally will REPLACE a cat that has been returned on an availability basis only with a cat of similar quality.  NO CASH REFUNDS. Buyer pays all shipping on replacement.  
It is impossible to guarantee the breeding success or show success of any animal.  We will NOT agree to the return of a cat/kitten after the original 24 hour period unless prior arrangements have been made.  The Health Guarantee is void should any and all types of cosmetic and/or elective surgery be performed on the animal.  A full, formal statement from your veterinarian is required, including a full autopsy should the animal die in an untimely manner.  If these are not provided, NO consideration for replacement will be given. Should the buyer find it necessary to resell this cat/kitten at a future date or place this cat, it is agreed that this cat/kitten be FIRST offered to WATTKATZ.  This is considered a courtesy amongst breeders. WATTKATZ male Persians may NOT be used for outside stud service and may not be resold as a whole male.  We realize that smaller breeders often like to "share" with other smaller catteries with whom they are working.  Permission to do so must be requested in writing.  WATTKATZ reserves the right to refuse such actions.  Phone calls are NOT accepted.  Additionally, WATTKATZ male cats can ONLY be used on females owned, not leased, exclusively by the owner of the male.  (No co-ownership of the female).  Any attempt to circumvent this provision will be met with legal action to re-claim the cat and you will be liable for all legal fees and court costs and the cost of the animal WILL NOT be refunded. If this kitten/cat is found to be neglected or mistreated or ends up in a shelter or at the humane society, I, as the purchaser, will surrender the animal and all my rights to the animal to the breeder UNCONDITIONALLY.
